Secure Payment Refund Process
Note: This will refund the money to the Purchasers card, the ticket order will still need to be voided in the Rafflebox Dashboard to ensure their ticket cannot be drawn, and removed from the raffle.
Once the app is pushed to your device your main screen should look similar to the below image.
You will continue to use the in-venue app for all transactions on the device
For any refunds click on the Secure Payment App
Once on the Secure Payment App click on the top left hand corner of the device
Now click on the Transaction History and it will take you to all of your past transactions
Click on the transaction you would like to refund
The ticket purchaser will tap or insert their card and the card will be refunded.
The transaction will stay as pending on their banking information and will be cleared in 3 to 5 business days
