Regional Email Ticket Checklist

This article will outline what is required to appear on a ticket purchase confirmation email in each province.

Below is what a ticket purchaser will receive from the Rafflebox platform by default. Additional information needs to be populated in the Email ticket Header and Footer fields on the Edit Raffle>Email tab.

The place, date and time of the drawing.
The period during which tickets are sold.
The place where tickets may be purchased.
The place where the prizes must be claimed.
The deadline for claiming prizes.
