Newfoundland & Labrador - Example Raffle Rules

Lottery prize is 50% of the published total jackpot amount and will be paid by cheque to the winner.
Lottery prize must be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.
Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority Department of Digital Government and Service NL, tickets must be purchased within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
ORGANIZATION NAME reserves the right to publish names, hometown, and / or photographs of the winner and or ticket purchasers and retain the right to use such for any, and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period.
All disputes will be settled by ORGANIZATION NAME, all decisions are final.
ORGANIZATION NAME liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw. ORGANIZATION NAME will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded.
The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 60 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 60 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

Ticket Sales will conclude at TICKET SALES END TIME/DATE.
Draw will take place DRAW TIME/DATE at DRAW LOCATION.
10,000 total tickets available. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Raffle Box). A physical ticket will not be mailed out. A hard copy ticket is available to those who request one by emailing ORGANIZATION CONTACT EMAIL and it will be provided in a timely manner.
