# Message Centre FAQ

## Frequently asked questions regarding Rafflebox's Message Centre capabilities

**1. How does Message Center work?**

If you're running a **standard 50/50 raffle**, you're eligible to receive automated jackpot reminder emails throughout your campaign, along with a winner announcement after the draw. These reminder emails are sent to **all** purchasers in your Rafflebox database.

**2. Can I choose when emails are sent?**

Rafflebox sends emails using the highest-performing send days and times for your time zone. Send schedules are preset and cannot be customized.

**3. Do I need to write any content?**

No. You don't need to provide any content. Emails are automatically generated using the information from your raffle.

**4. Are the emails customizable?**

No. Email templates are standardized and cannot be customized.

Emails automatically include:

- Raffle banner
- Raffle title
- Live jackpot total
- Lottery licence number

**5. Who can use Message Center?**

Message Center sends automated jackpot reminder emails for **standard 50/50 raffles.**

Message Center **does not** send emails for:

- Prize raffles
- Goldrush raffles
- 50/50 add-on draws
- Early Bird prize draws
- Bonus draws

**6. Is there a cost for Message Center?**

No. Message Center is included with your existing Rafflebox fees.
