How to Send a Ticket Confirmation Email

Instructions on resending a ticket confirmation to a purchaser

1. Login to the Rafflebox dashboard.

2. Select "Orders".

  • On desktop, select the ORDERS icon on the left hand panel (image below-left).
  • On mobile, select the menu in top right corner and then select Orders (image below-right).

3. Search for the order you wish to edit by 6-digit order number, email or purchaser name. 

NOTE - Only orders placed in the past 30 days will appear using the basic search. If the order is older than that, you can extend the date range using the Advanced Search tab and selecting Apply.

4. Once the order has been found, select Show Details. When the order opens up select Email Order.

5. You are also able to download a copy of the tickets using the Download Tickets option. This will download a PDF copy of the tickets which you can send to the customer directly if need be.
